Downtown Toddler Tour

Leslie & James are immersed in our vibrant downtown Madison living, and their brand new one-year-old will have parks, playgrounds, lakes, and stores in her front yard childhood.  Their family energy matches the hustle and bustle around them–exuding joy and engagement with each other and the people around us.

The world and our community have changed due to COVID, and, as always, I want to bring families back to what this time looked and felt like in fall 2020.  Our local businesses are doing everything they can to stay afloat, and it is my goal to show how things are different from pre-COVID years.

Sandwich boards and other signage helps tell the story of this time and location. It may seem like we’ll never forget words about shortened hours, capacity, and mask-wearing, but these details help us remember.

If you’re an urban dweller, you know all too well about the Crossing The Street hustle!

Pretty sure this is a universal feeling toddlers have about hats and mittens.
